Our response to Covid-19

Due to the outspreading of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the most frequent questions has risen due to this specific reason. We create this page in order to answer the concerns of our beloved customers.

1. Does it affect the production and shipping of the goods?

 

Against the backdrop of the global Covid-19 outbreak, we are responsible for maintainance our production time. We are working days and nights to make sure the production of our orders are still on time. However, what we cannot control is the shipment of the orders. This, unfortunately, is the element we cannot control in our process and we do not wish for this to happen, but due to this pandemic, we cannot do anything about the shipment or pushing it faster this particular time. Therefore, we are asking our beloved customer for their understanding and patient. The order is still on its way to your home but there will be a little bit of delay in the shipment. Please understand for us this specific reason. 

2. Can I get COVID-19 virus from the product bought from your store?

According to the WHO and the Robert Koch Institute, there is no conclusive evidence that an infection with any type of coronavirus is possible through contact with objects or packages, including those arriving from areas where cases have been reported. In addition, we are encouraging our workers and couriers to sanitize regularly and after each customer contact. 

3. Will the delivery time for my order be affected?

While we do provide our best-estimated delivery date for your order, some 3rd-party reason we cannot control such as

Due to curfew, the cargo handling capacity is reduced, which has an impact on the delivery of goods and the time is delayed.

Additionally, all carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe. Therefore, delivery time may be expected 5 to 35 business days longer than normal. We are working closely with shipping companies to make sure you will receive your item soonest.

However, for the most accurate information regarding delivery to your area, we recommend checking with your local carriers and/or governments to see if delivery may be restricted or disrupted, affecting the estimated delivery date for your order.

The situation of COVID-19-related restrictions in national and international European road transportation is becoming increasingly acute. The impacts at the borders, but also the effects on national groupage freight are significant. We are monitoring the situation constantly and adopt our measures continuously to meet our service promise.
